We sent this out to the team a couple weeks ago and decided that it's so important... we better send it again.

This is a concept created by one of our Staged.com members and it has been getting them anywhere from 1 to 3 paid members to their Staged business every week for months.

By the way we learned about this a couple months ago and tried it for ourselves. Sure enough,
like clockwork we watched 1-3 members upgrade in our test accounts week after week.

And after proving to ourselves that it worked, we decided to automate the process in some way to make it easier and more duplicatable for others.

Hence... the new StageBot was born!

Twitter is an invaluable resource for my team and I. We are each getting weekly paid upgrades in staged thanks to Twitter. Here is what we do:

Every day we make as many Stages as we can. I usually make 3-4 and it takes me maybe 10 minutes max.

In Twitter we search for MLM, Home Business, Make Money, Network Marketing, guru names, etc with huge numbers of followers and we follow them. After a few days anyone who does not follow us back gets removed from our Twitter accounts to allow us room to follow new people.

We find quotes that are within the 140 character Twitter limit at web sites like http://www.greatminds.ie, along with bumperstickers and oneliners to add humor to our Tweets at sites likehttp://www.ruighaver.net/bumperstickers/index.htm

We make a list of about 50-60 quotes and one liners that we can re-use. Every so often we'll spend time making more to add to our list of quotes. With Twitter you can never post a duplicate message that has a URL attached to it so when we re-use any that have a Stage link in them, we change them up just a little. This can be as simple as changing a word in the quote.

Throughout the day we randomly tweet a quote that our followers like to read. Every fourth or fifth tweet we insert a message containing a link to a Stage we built. We don't do this on every tweet because it could eventually become obvious that we are focusing on selling our followers something.

That being said, one of the beauties of Staged.com is that it's so easy to disguise your marketing efforts. I mean, most people view your Stage as just being a video that you want to share with them. They don't view it as an advertisement, even when they happen to click on one of your Stage banners!

You have to "massage" your list of followers though. What I mean by this is, provide solid quotes and sayings that are perhaps humorous, helpful, insightful, uplifting... you name it. Then, only on occasion do we throw in a Stage link.

The real "icing on the cake" comes when our followers with huge follow lists "re-tweet" our messages to their followers! That's when the traffic really starts to pour in.

Imagine my excitement when I'm following a guy who has 10,000 followers and he re-tweets on of my tweets that has a Stage link in it! It happens more than you might think.

Once I began using my system and generating a couple upgrades per week consistently, I decided to share it with my downline. So far it has been extremely duplicateable, meaning everyone on my team is doing it with success.

What we personally discovered, and Michael agrees with us, is that the process of following and unfollowing people on Twitter can get time consuming and mind numbing. You can imagine Michael's reaction when we told him:

Hi guys. I thought I'd share a little system I follow every day because it's been working really well for my downline members and our team is growing daily.

Another Massive Benefit (Fantastic Testimonials) ...

It's crazy to see just how far people will take an already rocking system, to make it do even more than it was originally designed to achieve.

Hi Staged support. I decided to circumvent YouTube rules a little for the benefit of getting more traffic and I figured I'd tell you about it in case you wanted to share my little trick with others.

We all know you can post comments on YouTube videos. The problem is your comments cannot contain URL's. My idea was to find funny, heavily watched videos and post a comment telling people to check out my web site at staged.com/learn/xxxxx for ideas on how to make money from their video.

So because I can't have a URL in my comments on YouTube here is what I have done with my YouTube comments and it is working - "Check out staged (dot) com/learn/xxxxx for how to turn this video (actually any Youtube video) into easy extra cash & pure viral advertising for your business."

Obviously where I have "xxxxx" is where another member would insert their username and in case anyone is confused I simply replace the "." in my Staged URL with "(dot)" so that YouTube will accept my comment. Jane - USA

This is too good to be true and I have to share it with you. You and your Staged system has completely blown me away from the day I joined.

You have single handedly solved a MAJOR problem in the online advertising world and just speaking for myself, you have single handedly given me the ability to FINALLY focus on my Internet businesses full time. I cannot thank you enough for this.

Often when you do a search on Google you will see images of YouTube videos on the first page of the search. Like you said in an update last week, Google owns YouTube so we should expect this to occur.

So I click on these videos to get their YouTube url and I make Stages using the url's. This is important - I use the exact same title and description 'as is' below the actual YouTube video. I do not try and re-write my own.

In doing so, this is how I can legally "hijack" some of that traffic for myself! When Google displays those YouTube videos as a result of their title and description matching the search term being typed by their search engine user, sure enough they also display my Stages!

I've been doing this for a few weeks and it's working for me! 78.48% of all my traffic comes from referring sites and search engine traffic. And of that 22.01% comes from the search engines like Google. Unbelievable isn't it!

Staged.com has had such an awesome impact on me. I first joined because I loved the idea of getting to "decorate" YouTube videos before I send them to friends. What a fun idea. This exciting news came from Tonya who lives in the Bahamas. Tonya is a full time Internet marketer and does some advertising consulting on the side. So needless to say, Tonya has experience and knows when she sees something that is truly amazing.

More amazing stats ...

Today I have yet another amazing testimonial from a member who has been with me from the beginning.

Mark currently lives in Japan and he has been advertising online for many years, promoting a wide range of programs that offer him affiliate commissions for sales he makes.

Things are really heating up here at Staged.com this week and we are only two days into it! We have increased our membership into 5 new countries since early Monday morning. Who knows where we will be expanding into this coming Friday!

As the Staged team continues it's massive growth we are getting more and more awesome ideas and tips from members who are finding more unique ways to use the Staged system.

Kristoffer was feeling overwhelmed by the volume of videos to choose from for his Stages and this tool has dramatically reduced the amount of time he spends looking for them.

At this link you can sort videos by Most Viewed, Most Liked, Most Subscribed, Most Discussed, etc. And you can sort by Today, This Week, This Month and All Time. And you can even sort by any of 15 categories like Comedy, Gaming, Entertainment, Sports, and much more.

Using this YouTube feature will save you time and it ensures you will be selecting a video that you KNOW the majority of people will like. Remember, the more people like your video the more they will share your Stage with others and the more viral it will become.

2) Cynthia from Canada recently wrote in saying that she had been reviewing the statistics for all the Stages she built and noticed that one of her Stages was getting WAY more clicks than the others.

It didn't take long for Cynthia to realize the reason. "When I checked what the video was about I had a big "Aha" moment. The video was about a baby koala bear. I thought "Of course" everyone loves baby animals!! They're so cute and cuddly. Can you guess what my next Stage is going to be about?

Remember, Cynthia's success comes not just because her Stage had a koala video on it. It also has to do with who she shared it with, and where. The video on your Stage must be relevant to the group you share it with. For example, you're about to read about Brian... and we can pretty much guarantee that a koala video on Brian's Stages won't produce the same results it did for Cynthia.

3) This last one comes from Brian in the USA. When I drive to work I usually listen to the Octane channel on Sirius satellite radio. The DJ's always talk about their Facebook fan pages, and they encourage listeners to visit them and post comments.

So I decided to post some Stages on these Facebook fan pages. So when I got to work I checked it out and sure enough the Sirius Octane Facebook group has over 76,000 members. Kayla Riley, their daytime DJ, has over 30,000 members in her group. This is awesome!

Here is a captive audience and I know exactly what they like - Hard Rock Bands. This is too easy. Tonight after work I'll simply find some good Hard Rock videos and create some stages with them. Then I will go post them at the Octane Facebook page with a simple message like "Check out this cool new video from XYZ Band that I just found!"

Brian is really on to something here. There are 1000's and 1000's of Facebook groups with a lot more members than the Sirius Satellite Octane group of 76,000. There are groups for every imaginable topic, hobby or interest. So find Facebook groups with similar interests to your own and then start hunting for relevant video's and creating Stages for them. These are captive audiences just waiting to click on your ads AND share your Stages with others!

Here is a question that came in last night and we wanted to share it with everyone:

Hello Support. Staged is so cool but I don't understand what I can use it for to make money online. I understand how it works BUT I do not have any web sites that sell stuff so I have nothing to promote. Can you guys point me in a direction to something I can sell online that comes with a web site?

This is a great question and one that we felt should be answered for the entire team just in case anyone else is thinking the same thing.

It is really this easy - Go find a catchy video on YouTube that you would like to share with others. Go to Stages in the main menu and make yourself a Stage with it. Then share your Stage on any of the social networks (such as Facebook) that you are a member of.

Staged banner ads will automatically be displayed at the bottom of your Stage. If anyone were to click on them they would end up at your Staged web sites where they can read more and join.

Viral Marketing is a HUGE market!

Twitter Fun ...

This just came in: Tim from Australia made $137.50 using Staged on Twitter!

Things are heating up no question! Tim sent me a "Thank you" email early this morning from over in Australia because after blasting out a few Tweets about his Stages he has already banked $137.50 (11 upgraded members)!

On top of these 11 members and a new income rolling in from Staged.com he's also got 22 prospects who enrolled at his Staged business site and these people could also upgrade at any time, earning Tim more in commissions!

I had a quick chat with Tim after reading his email and something so important to understand is that Tim is not computer savvy. Tim has never made a web site in his life. Tim hasn't really done much more with a computer than surf the web, check his email, and connect with friends on FaceBook and Twitter. Yet he was able to easily create Stages, add banners to them, and put Staged to work. That is just so cool!
